Transfer Admission Policy

Clear and transparent guidelines for students transferring to PVM International School.

1. Eligibility

Students currently enrolled in recognized schools may apply for transfer admission to PVM International School, subject to seat availability and compliance with institutional admission norms.

2. Admission Procedure

Step 1: Application Form

Parents/guardians must complete the official Application Form, available on School Website or at the School Office.

Step 2: Entrance Test

An Oral Test will be conducted for admittance to Standard 1 to Standard 4 and an Oral and Written Tests will be conducted for all prospective Students from Standard 5 onwards. The minimum eligibility criteria is 60% score in the Test/s.

Step 3: Submission of Transfer Documents

The completed Application Form must be accompanied by all requisite documents listed below.

Step 4: Fee Payment

The prescribed first-term fee must be remitted by cheque at the time of application. The student’s name and a valid contact number must be clearly mentioned on the reverse side of the cheque. All fee payments are strictly non-refundable.

3. Confirmation of Admission

Admission shall be confirmed only upon:

Verification of all submitted documents.
Clearance of the first-term fee payment.
Compliance with institutional transfer policies.

4. Documents Required for Transfer Admission

Photocopy of Student’s Birth Certificate

Photocopy of Student’s Aadhaar Card

Photocopy of Address Proof (any one): Ration Card, Electricity Bill, Passport, Aadhaar Card

Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of any one parent/guardian

One passport-size photograph of the student

School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate duly signed and stamped by the Head of Institution (mandatory for transfer admissions; may be submitted later if not immediately available)

Photocopy of Student’s previous/current class Report Card
