Admission Policy

  • First-Come, First-Served Basis

    Admission is administered strictly on a first-come, first-served principle, subject to the availability of seats in the respective grade.

  • Conditional Confirmation

    The confirmation of admission shall be contingent upon the submission of all requisite documents and the remittance of the prescribed first-term fee.

  • Finality of Fee Payment

    In accordance with institutional regulations, all fee payments once made are deemed final and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Obtain the application form

Collect the admission form from the school office or complete it online through the school’s official portal.

Fill in student details

Carefully complete all required fields including personal information, academic history, and parent/guardian details.

Entrance Test/s

An Oral Test will be conducted for admittance to Standard 1 to Standard 4 and an Oral and Written Tests will be conducted for all prospective Students from Standard 5 onwards. The minimum eligibility criteria is 60% score in the Test/s.

Prepare required documents

Gather photocopies of the student’s birth certificate, Aadhaar card, address proof, parent’s Aadhaar and PAN card, caste certificate (if applicable), and one passport-size photograph.

Include academic records

From Standard 1 onwards, attach the school leaving certificate, and the latest report card.

Submit application package

Hand over the completed form along with all supporting documents to the School Office for verification.

Pay first term fees

Submit a cheque for the first term fees at the School Office, ensuring the ward’s name and contact number are written on the reverse side.

Confirm admission

Once documents and fees payment are verified, the school will issue confirmation of admission. Note that fees once paid are strictly non-refundable.

Required Documents

  • Photocopy of Student’s Birth Certificate
  • Photocopy of Student’s Aadhaar Card
  • Photocopy of Address Proof (any one of the following): Ration Card, Electricity Bill, Passport, Aadhaar Card
  • Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of any one parent/guardian
  • One passport-size photograph of the student
  • School Leaving Certificate (for admissions to Standard I onwards; may be submitted later if not immediately available)
  • Photocopy of Student’s previous/current class Report Card (Standard I onwards)

Age Norms

(As per State of Gujarat Government Guidelines for Academic Year 2026–27)

Nursery

The child must have completed 3 years of age on or before 1st June 2026.

Junior Kindergarten (Jr. KG)

The child must have completed 4 years of age on or before 1st June 2026.

Higher Kindergarten (Sr. KG)

The child must have completed 5 years of age on or before 1st June 2026.
